The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential is the most widely recognized credential in early childhood education (ECE) and is the best first step on the path of career advancement in ECE.

Assessment of Training;

Our Classroom utilizes TPACK - A technology integration framework that identifies three types of knowledge instructors need to combine for successful edtech integration—technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (a.k.a. TPACK)

 

Each class has a built in assessment where candidates are given certificates on completion. Some coursework is graded by an approved Mi Registry Trainer.

 

 This is a Teacher supported virtual classroom. Candidates have access to live instruction and live Zoom meetings for support.

3. Event Attendees

By paying you as an enrollee state ABCTUTRLLC & all of its affiliates accurately described this event and all terms, including cancellation & refund policies. You are responsible for paying any fees associated with this event.

By using our registration process, you are stating you have accurate attendance data information for the event on this invoice form.

4. Event Attendees

Event attendees are responsible for communicating directly with the event organizer regarding registration fees. We reserve the right to send an email Paypal payment information and Zoom link within 24 hours of registration All Sales are Final. 

 

5. Registration

By registering for an event, you agree that ABCTUTORLLC, trainers, & all affiliates will not provide any type of refund for any event.

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Individual ID/password (your "registration") information via Zoom or (LMS) link. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You further represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (I) provide true, accurate, current complete information about yourself as submitted to ABCTUTORLLC, & (ii) maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete this is the fault of the registered party & ABCTUTORLLC and all affiliates are not liable. If you do not attend the training or workshop this is the fault of the individual registered party and ABCTUTORLLC and its affiliates are not responsible.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify / not accuse,  blame or hold ABCTUTORLLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, trainers, event coordinators, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any party or third party due to or arising out of information given or which you submit, post, transmit or make available through ABCTUTORLLC or PAYPAL or any  Services, for your use of our services, your connection to our services, your violation of the TOS by not showing up for training, or your violation of any rights of another. We reserve the right to block and reject any enrollee for any obscene or disrespectful language suggested language or any forms of threats or abuse nonliable for any wrongdoing.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that:
